Sales Support Coordinator – Asset Finance

We have partnered with a leading Asset Finance House that are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join their New Business team. The purpose of this Department is to ensure that approved proposals have the correct documentation in accordance with Risk and Sales requirements and are passed to the Payout team within agreed deadlines for processing to activation and payout.
This role includes the key responsibility of ensuring that contracts and other documentation on which the company will legally commit to make payments and take risk commitments are correct. This will involve liaising carefully and building relationships with Vendors, Brokers and Dealers to ensure that whilst documentation is correct, excellent levels of service are provided when working to tight timescales.
This is a great opportunity for somebody with some office experience (ideally gained in Financial Services) to join a well-known and prestigious Asset Finance business. You must be highly numerate, be quick to learn and have practical problem solving skills.
