Successful and growing global Financial Services organisation is looking for an interim Reward Analyst to support the remuneration and regulation team. This will be a varied role working with the wider HR team and supporting the delivery if the annual salary and bonus review. This is a new opportunity where you will working in a diverse environment and where the company is going through an exciting period of growth.


  • Supporting the annual salary review across EMEA
  • Administering the annual salary benchmarking review across EMEA, undertaking data analysis and providing insights
  • Supporting with the salary banding structure and deliver accurate bonus modelling
  • Responsible for delivering accurate salary benchmarking for recruitment purposes
  • Producing accurate and timely reporting for the remuneration and regulatory team
  • Supporting ith performance evaluations, scorecard evaluations, bonus award letters and remuneration outcomes
  • Analysing data for and preparing reports for the Board and Remuneration committee
  • Involvement in projects

Skills and experience

  • You must have the above compensation analyst experience gained within banking/financial services
  • Must have knowledge of the regulatory environment including Remunerations, Material Risk Takers and SMCR
  • A proven track record in managing and delivering on projects
  • Strong understanding of bonus modelling
  • You will be highly numerical and analytical with the ability to explain complex financial data to a wider audience
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to deliver high quality work to tight timescales
