Established, successful and diverse global financial services company is looking for an interim HR Technology Consultant for a Successfactors integration project. You will be responsible for the delivery of technology solutions within HR across EMEA. This will include contributing to the HR technology strategy, TOM and priority objectives. You will be working with the wider HR team to understand the technology challenges and implement solutions and assist with the review of policies processes and systems to ensure with compliance of legislation. You will also manage HR technology projects and ensure they are delivered on time and to budget. The organisation is going through an exciting period of change and growth!


  • You will be the SME in the HR technology and deliver consultancy service to HR and the business, building relationships, understanding needs and delivering solutions
  • Partnering with the business to drive adoption and compliance with the technology and proactively contributing to continuous improvement
  • Have a strong understanding of current and possible future legislation to ensure the technology is compliant
  • Implementing appropriate controls to ensure the quality and accuracy of data
  • Managing technology vendors, directing them on priorities and review their deliverables, providing feedback and attending review meetings
  • Defining requirements, completing change requests and conducting testing of the HR system including Oracle HR, Successfactors and Cognos
  • Investigating issues and queries from a functional perspective before escalating
  • Participating in in the HR system release and upgrade cycle, producing an impact assessment, conducts UAT go live and post go live support
  • Managing technology projects that change and improve these services

Skills and experience

  • Will only consider applications from people have all the above experience within financial services or a regulated matrix environment
  • Must have Success factors Employee Central (non negotiable)
  • Good project manager with a track record of delivering projects on time and in budget
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions both verbal and written
  • Solution orientated and demonstrate critical thinking and analytical in approach to business challenging
  • Experience of leading and managing teams
