LMA Recruitment has been appointed to work in partnership with a global Construction company. They currently require an experienced HR Administrator/Co-ordinator to join their dynamic and fast paced HR team – to assist with a project relating to IR35.
The successful candidate will be working remotely initially, so will need independence and initiative. You will be responsible for co-ordinating the project, keeping track (via an Excel spreadsheet) of every contractor within the business, their assignment duration, their agency ownership, their IR35 status and solution. You will report directly into the HR Manager who is credible and extremely personable.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- HR knowledge/experience – at least one year minimum
- Understanding of the IR35 legislation and implications it has (previous experience in this area would be beneficial.)
- Sound communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
- Advanced Excel skills
- Highly organised
- Great attention to detail
This opportunity will be offered on a temporary basis for at least 2-3 months to cover this initial project, however there may be a longer term opportunity within their HR team, depending on business growth and individual performance.
