The organisation are a small, fast growing business,well placed within a highly commercial niche of the financial services market and have quickly established themselves as leaders and the go to firm in this space
The HR Manager will report to the CEO and will be responsible for building the capability of the HR function.
You will be responsible for building relationships with your client groups, which will be largely board, directors and heads of to understand their business challenges and devise a fit for purpose People plan to align with the business outcomes.
You will be responsible for managing the digital transformation aspects of HR through existing projects underway and will also look to understand how to streamline and improve all processes, automating manual tasks and optimising procedures to ensure they are ethical and legally compliant.
Your role will span all HR Generalist topics, managing Talent, developing leadership programs, running pay review, managing high level ER cases and working closely with the board to provide high level guidance on people, culture and talent
