Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design and implement an AI-powered marketing operations framework that optimizes workflows, accelerates execution, and ensures seamless alignment with business objectives.

  • Lead and enhance cross-functional marketing processes by deploying automation tools to increase efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and improve campaign execution.

  • Develop and oversee AI-driven performance measurement systems that ensure real-time analytics, automated KPI tracking, and predictive insights drive smarter decision-making.

  • Enhance the marketing technology stack by integrating AI-powered CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and customer segmentation strategies to improve engagement and ROI.

  • Facilitate collaboration between marketing, sales, and product teams through AI-driven insights, lead-scoring models, and automated content recommendations.

  • Utilize AI-enhanced resource allocation tools to optimize marketing spend, prioritize high-value opportunities, and maximize campaign performance.

  • Champion process optimization by continuously refining marketing workflows, A/B testing strategies, and audience targeting for maximum effectiveness.

  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance by implementing AI-powered monitoring tools that uphold messaging, design standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Foster a culture of data-driven marketing excellence by training teams to leverage AI-powered insights and automation tools to elevate execution speed and effectiveness.

  • Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership by providing actionable recommendations on marketing efficiency, technology adoption, and performance optimization.
