We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts and bridging the gap between Marketing and our Analytics and Data organization. Reporting to the Marketing Analytics Lead, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Analytics, Data, and Engineering teams. Your expertise will surface insights and solutions that align with business objectives, fostering data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience in Analytics or a related field, with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in Marketing Analytics, preferably in a SaaS product environment. You should be well-versed in Marketing Analytics techniques and technologies and demonstrate the ability to work independently.

Your Responsibilities 🚀
  • Become an Expert : Develop comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of Marketing data and Analytics.

  • Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with Performance Marketing, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and product marketing management teams.

  • Develop Frameworks : Create and refine marketing performance measurement frameworks, including attribution and customer lifetime value.

  • Analyze Customer Segments : Analyze customer segments and recommend effective engagement strategies.

  • Run Analyses and Build Dashboards : Conduct ad-hoc analyses, build valuable dashboards, and surface actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with Data Engineers : Ensure accurate and reliable data pipelines by working with Data engineers.

  • Align Analytics Priorities : Partner with Analytics and Marketing leadership to align analytics priorities with business objectives.

  • Contribute to Cross-Functional Projects : Participate in projects involving Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, and Data teams.

  Must Haves:
  • Experience : 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Analytics, with a focus on SaaS products preferred.

  • Technical Skills : Strong technical skills in SQL and BI tools (preferably Tableau). Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics is a plus.

  • Statistical Techniques : Solid understanding of statistical techniques and causal inference methods.

  • Marketing Technologies : Knowledge of marketing technologies, such as attribution platforms, incremental testing, and tracking tools. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite is a plus.

  • Communication Skills : Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

  • Attention to Detail : Extreme attention to detail and a high standard for analytical deliverables.

  • Proactive Mindset : Proactive mindset with the ability to operate independently and take ownership of initiatives.

  • Startup Experience : Experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.

  • Version Control : Familiarity with Git and version control practices.

  • Senior Leadership Collaboration : Prior experience collaborating with senior marketing leadership.
