Creative Marketing Designer & Strategist

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in office), Carrollton, TX

We are seeking a versatile creative professional who can seamlessly execute across both traditional and digital channels. In this role, you'll be the creative force behind our complete marketing ecosystem—from print collateral and environmental graphics to digital campaigns and social content.

The Role

As our Brand's Creative Marketing Designer & Strategist, you'll own the visual execution of our marketing initiatives across all platforms. You'll balance the creation of traditional marketing materials with digital-first content, ensuring our brand story is consistent and compelling across every medium.

Responsibilities Graphic Design & Creative Development
  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets across various mediums (email, digital, social, billboards, TV, print)

  • Develop compelling print and digital advertising materials and promotional assets.

  • Transform core ideas into scalable, impactful campaigns.

  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure alignment with business goals across all touchpoints.

Project Management & Collaboration
  • Oversee creative requests, manage resources, and drive timely execution.

  • Partner cross-functionally to align creative initiatives with business objectives.

  • Streamline workflows and processes to guide projects from concept to completion.

  • Own and execute email marketing campaigns from ideation through deployment.

Content Strategy & Social Creation
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that drives engagement and supports business goals.

  • Execute a dynamic social media strategy, optimizing organic performance with the paid media team.

  • Create visually engaging content that integrates influencer partnerships, brand storytelling, and key marketing initiatives.

  • Manage the social media KPI scorecard, leveraging analytics and A/B testing to refine strategies and maximize ROI.

  • Build and nurture influencer relationships to expand brand visibility.

  • Track, analyze, and report on content performance to continuously optimize results.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing design with proven print and digital portfolio

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)

  • Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management

  • Video editing and motion graphics capabilities

  • Understanding of social media best practices and analytics

  • Project management skills with ability to handle multiple deadlines

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or related field
