- Credentialing and onboarding contract and state employees.
- Calling references for credentialing.
- Manage and maintain the Nurse Manager’s schedule.
- Prepare agendas and attend meetings to record minutes.
- Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Process payroll information.
- Do related work as required.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Strong phone and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information.
- Previous experience in administrative setting preferred.
- Previous human resources experience a plus.
