- Coordinate all aspects of meetings for Health Care Services staff.
- Compile and distribute agendas.
- Take notes and summarize meeting minutes as needed.
- Complete administrative tasks for recruitment.
- Coordinate interviews for job applicants.
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires.
- Answer phone calls and route/process as needed.
- Manage temporary badge applications as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate behavioral health and nursing staff meetings.
- Process and submit invoices for contracted nurses.
- Produce and distribute various audit reviews and count books.
- Maintain a list of pool nurse availability.
- Manage the CNA schedule in AMION.
- Submit time sheets and related documents.
- Complete related work as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to function effectively in a multi-faceted system, and to interact with all levels of staff, including security. Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage and track multiple deliverables for various regularly and policy requirements.
